Do I have to claim my rewards?+
Rakeback, the weekly drop and the monthly drop land in your wallet automatically — rake settles daily at 00:00 UTC, weekly bonuses drop every Saturday at 12:30 GMT and the monthly bonus on the 15th at 12:30 GMT. The only thing you claim is the Platinum+ daily reload, which is yours for 24 hours and then expires.
How does rakeback work?+
You receive 3.5% of the theoretical house edge your play generates at every tier. Casino edge comes from each game's RTP, sports settles at 3% and lottery at 10%. Edge for completed days is auto-credited at 00:00 UTC — no claim step.
How are the weekly and monthly bonuses calculated?+
Weekly pays your tier rate on the weighted turnover of the seven days closed by the Saturday 12:30 GMT drop. Monthly pays your rate on the previous calendar month and drops on the 15th at 12:30 GMT. Both are capped per tier and credit automatically.
When do reloads and daily bonuses start?+
From Platinum I a reload opens every day at 00:00 UTC, sized from your previous day's weighted turnover, and expires 24 hours later. Bonus growth starts at Silver, a dedicated VIP host at Platinum IV and bespoke bonuses at Diamond I.
How do I level up?+
